Installing these Tesla Model Y Uberturbine wheel covers is very straightforward and takes about 10 minutes in total.

Step One: Install the Provided Foam Backing

First, add the padded backing to each wheel cover by removing the adhesive protection then work your way around each wheel cover. This is the longest step in the installation process but an important one as some wheel covers can damage the rims without it.

Step Two: Remove Gemini Wheel Covers

Next, remove each Gemini wheel cover by pulling them off. I found it easiest to start in one spot, then pull the opposite side off until the clips release and repeat.

The included gloves come in handy here, pun intended.

I’ve only had these Tesla Model Y Uberturbine wheel covers on for a few days but I can say that it’s definitely an improvement over the Gemini covers. I really like the look as it makes the vehicle much sharper and meaner, especially paired with my Matt rap. 1,000 times better.

One thing I did notice though, getting each cover off was a bit challenging. On the positive, no surprises with them flying off!
