The Tesla glass roof on the new Model 3 is not tinted; it is just made of smoked glass. in the summer, there will be a massive amount of sunlight, and heat will pass through, heating up the Highland Model 3 cabin. They do have some UV resistance, but it have limited infrared radiation.

Finally a sun shade that fits my van!

I've been looking for a couple of years, for a sunshade that fits the window of my Dodge Grand Caravan (which is harder to find than it sounds).
I was searching one day and came across this, and decided to give it a try.
I was glad I did.
It's large, covers the entire window and does a great job of blocking the sun. (I live in a desert so keeping the sun off my dashboard is important.)

Does the job

Good quality and I like that it folds up and can be stored easily in the bag it came with. I used the chart provided with my make and model and it fits perfectly.

So needed

Good quality product and a 1/3 of the Tesla price which are 160+. Well worth it. I do wonder if the glass roof is getting hotter than normal with these installed. There is a significant air gap in-between the fabric and the inner head liner which is glass. They don't flop around too much on the freeway withe windows open.
