We apologize for the negative experience you had with us. We have evidence that the packages were shipped and delivered, and you have exceeded the timeframe for reporting the issue. Additionally, you cannot provide any evidence that you did not receive the items, which reflects the reality of the situation.

We stands by our return policy and has agreed to provide a free replacement finally. However, we kindly request that you cover half of the shipping fee $22 and you refused. We have done everything we can to resolve this matter and apologize again for not meeting your expectations.
