Yes, we ship worldwide. If you can not place an order successfully, please contact us via email support@yeslak.com or online chat, we will assit you further.
2. WHERE MY PARCEL SHIPS FROM?
We ship from multiple warehouses around the world with promised delivery time — including the U.S., Germany, Italy, France, and Hong Kong. Your order will be dispatched from the nearest warehouse based on your location and stock availability. To ensure the fastest delivery, your items may arrive in separate packages.
3. WHAT'S THE SHIPPING COST?
Free Shipping on orders over $59 within the USA or flat shippig rate $7.9 (NOTE: Guam, Hawaii, Alaska, Marshall Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico Not Included)
Additional Shipping Fee for Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico
Due to shipping channel limitations and U.S. import duties, an additional shipping fee is required for orders delivered to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. This fee includes prepaid customs duties.
Worldwide shipping charges may vary from countries and the package weight, you will see the exact shipping rate at checkout page.
4. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE THE PACKAGE?
Estimate Delivery Time
We ship from multiple warehouses located in the United States, Germany, Italy, France, and Hong Kong.

If your order is fulfilled by a local warehouse, the estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days.

If the item is shipped from Hong Kong or mainland China due to inventory availability, delivery may take approximately 7–12 business days.
U.S. Orders:
If the local U.S. warehouse is out of stock, standard free shipping from overseas may take 9–12 business days.
NOTE: APO/ FPO / PO BOX addresses are NOT available for plus shipping

5. HOW TO TRACK MY PACKAGE?
In your Shipping Confirmation email, you'll receive a link to your tracking information. From there, you can monitor the shipment’s progress until the package is delivered to your door. Or check our page ‘Track My Order’
6. WHAT SHIPPING CARRIERS DO YOU USE?
USPS/ UPS, if your order is shipped directly from your local warehouse, it may vary from your local carrier. Once your order is shipped, you can direct track your order through our site.
7. WILL I BE CHARGED ANY TARIFF OR DUTY TAX?
If any import duties or taxes apply to your order, we’ll cover them for you — you won’t need to pay anything extra.
8. WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?
If your tracking information hasn't been updated recently, don't worry. Please allow between 1-2 Business Days for your tracking number to update once you receive your tracking number by email, your package is still on the way.
Yeslak does not claim any responsibility for lost or stolen packages. Once the carrier shows a package has been 'delivered', complaints should be directed to the carrier. Please reference the tracking number that was emailed to you in your shipment confirmation. Please contact us immediately if you need more help.
