The HEPA 13 grade hepa air intake filters are custom-designed for Model Y; they help keep leaves & debris from clogging up. Prevent dust and harmful particles, pollen, dust mites, and unpleasant odors from entering the AC intake system. Initial filter incoming air, it can also extend the lifetime of the cabin air filter.
The intake filter is made of high-quality HEPA filters and activated carbon cloth. Ventilation rate up to 90%. No seal cloth is on the surface. So it won't add much restriction to the air intake. Can also ensure stable airflow.
Installation:
1. open the frunk
2. take off the filter cover
3. unscrew the T20 bolt (recommend to unscrew it with hands in the half way, in case the bolt fall into the frunk)
4. replace the original filters with new filters

1x T20 screwdriver
