How It Installs
The REV Body Kit is installed along the factory lower body panels using the supplied mounting method and existing vehicle mounting areas where applicable.
For the best result, the vehicle should be clean, dry and installed in a warm indoor environment.
Installation Steps
1. Clean the Surface
Thoroughly clean and dry all mounting areas. Remove dirt, wax, grease and residue.
2. Test Fit Every Piece
Position the front lip, side skirts and rear pieces before securing anything. Check alignment, panel gaps and left/right symmetry.
3. Mark the Position
Use masking tape to mark the correct mounting position before final installation.
4. Secure the Body Kit
Install each piece using the supplied adhesive and/or mounting hardware. Start from the center and work outward to maintain even alignment.
5. Check All Edges
Make sure every section sits flush against the body and all mounting points are securely fastened.
6. Allow It to Set
Avoid washing the vehicle or exposing the installed parts to heavy rain immediately after installation. Allow the adhesive to fully bond before normal use.
