Tesla Europe confirmed on May 29 that Full Self-Driving (Supervised) has received approval in Estonia. The authorization was granted by Estonia's Transport Administration (Transpordiamet), which recognized the vehicle type certification previously issued by the Dutch vehicle authority, RDW.
