Delayed delivery, when received I requested a refund under the 30day period. After 15 days they say that the 30 days have passed, and refused to accept the return request, under the return policy. One of the pieces has painting issues and not solved by the support team.
The lower part is not well designed since it creates drag with lower flow of air.

Easy to install, fits well. Solid build quality and comes with tape pre installed.

My experience with this product and the support process has been very frustrating.

The first spoiler I received arrived damaged, so I contacted Yeslak support and requested a replacement. After some delay, they sent another unit. Unfortunately, the replacement had noticeably worse finishing than the original one.

The most important issue is the mounting edge. The original spoiler had a recessed inner rim that allowed the adhesive tape to sit properly so the spoiler could mount flush with the trunk. The replacement piece does not have this same edge finishing, which results in a visible gap between the spoiler and the car when test-fitted.

I explained this clearly and provided detailed photos comparing both pieces. Instead of addressing the manufacturing difference, support repeatedly suggested removing and reapplying adhesive tape, even though the issue is clearly related to the geometry of the part itself.

At their request, I even removed the spoiler already installed on my car to test-fit their replacement and send photos showing the problem. Despite the visible gap, their final response was that the product “appears to be correct” and that I should simply move it left and right until it fits.

In other words, the company considers this level of finishing acceptable and was unwilling to provide a properly manufactured replacement.

While the support team remained polite in their messages, the actual resolution was extremely disappointing. For a visible exterior part like this, consistent finishing and proper fitment are essential. Based on my experience, buyers should be aware that quality may vary significantly between units.

I love my rear spoiler because it goes from the lid on one side to the other takes a whole truck and it looks perfect not too much!

Ho comprato questi cerchi, che da un punto di vista estetico hanno migliorato notevolmente l'aspetto della macchina. Ci sono solo due cose che non mi convincono:
1. Hanno differenti direzioni da un lato e dall'altro.
2. Non mi è arrivato il logo Tesla.
Non ho capito se la differenza di direzione dipenda da un errore nella spedizione oppure vengono fatti proprio così.

in ogni caso sono ormai almeno tre mesi che li utilizzo in qualsiasi condizione e posso ritenermi assolutamente soddisfatto.

These things are great so far, and I will never again have to explain how my door handles work. Plus they add a little carbon-fiber bling that matches the rear-spoiler I added. Together, they make my slow RWD Tesla look fast. :-)

tapete comprado com letras moldel 3, o que enviaram não tem nada haver sem as letras e sem qualidade.
Pedi devolução respondem que o tapete é versão atualizada e que já não inclui a marcação model 3 e que já atualizaram a imagem no site.

I was charged at additional 3% “International fee” after my initial purchase of these Tesla roof racks. This additional fee was never disclosed during the ordering process. I contacted Yeslak to inquire of this fee and they said they would look into but they never got back to me. It’s been nearly 3 weeks. My order did not arrive until nearly 2 weeks later, My roof racks were missing the transparent tape that protects my car’s paint from the rubber footings of racks. The labeling on the rubber footings are backwards, but the most frustrating part is the included end caps will not snap onto the rear crossbars. I made several attempts to reach out to Yeslak’s customer support (via email, as no phone number is available) and they kept apologizing and said they would send me replacement parts. However, they have yet to provide me with an ETA or any tracking information for these replacement parts. Lastly, these roof racks make a very loud whistling sound when driving 35 MPH+. I have inquired about returning these roof racks numerous times, but Yeslak would not provided any directions on how or where to return this order. I am sure they are waiting for the 30 day return window to expire. Needless to say, had I known all these issues prior to this purchase, I would have paid the extra money and purchased the official Tesla roof racks and NOT these inferior Yeslak racks.

Looks excellent against matte ppf QS. Really well made, provides full coverage. I recommend taking your factory skull cap off the car then installing the CF shell over top of the factory skull cap. Really high quality matte plain weave CF. Well done Yeslak. Highly recommended.

I absolutely love them! They are the most perfect hubcaps for any Model Y. If you want your car to look great while also staying efficient, without worrying about damaging your alignment… these hubcaps are the solution! I highly recommend them!

Support still didnt send replacement 10days after i wrote them about it.

Sono facili da montare grazie agli strumenti in dotazione e proteggono efficacemente da fango e sassi ma, come si vede dalle foto non aderiscono al profilo dei parafanghi dell'auto e nelle fessure si accumulano detriti e sassi.

Yep saved me a couple times. Auto park freaked outbecause a lady was being aggressive while it wasparking and it hit the curb. My rim protector took thehit. Then I went home, took it off and put my extra onand it was like nothing ever happened. oel

It dosen´t fit and no response from Yeslak when asking for advise.

Super spoiler…..material, form and fit…..

It broke 2 of my model Y glasses. Big loss! Tesla did not let me return the product and did not refund me. Poor service and product.

I live in a snowy area. These guards resist salt, snow, and slush better than carpet.

Just a damp cloth and it wipes clean, huge time saver compared to brushing or vacuuming.

Kids and dogs were wrecking the carpet. These guards are a game changer, mud and paw prints are gone.
